LoadLink Kenya may charge service fees for certain logistics services and platform functionalities. Fees will be clearly disclosed prior to transaction confirmation. By proceeding with any service, you agree to the stated charges.

1.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Flutterwave, PayPal). LoadLink Kenya does not store your full payment credentials.

1.3 Refunds

Refunds may be issued in case of verified errors, failed services, or disputes resolved in your favor. To initiate a refund request, please contact support@loadlinkafrica.com within 7 days of the transaction.

1.4 Currency and Taxes

All payments are processed in the local currency of your jurisdiction, unless otherwise specified. Taxes, levies, or charges imposed by local authorities are your responsibility.

2. User Conduct Policy

2.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use LoadLink Kenya only for lawful purposes. You shall not engage in or promote activities that are illegal, abusive, or disruptive.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

  • You must not:

    • Misrepresent your identity or upload falsified documents;
    • Use the platform for fraudulent activities;
    • Harass, threaten, or harm other users;
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
    • Interfere with service operations or infrastructure.

2.3 Professional Behavior

All users must treat each other with respect. Discriminatory language, hate speech, or abusive conduct will result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

2.4 Reporting Misconduct

Users can report violations or suspicious behavior by emailing report@loadlinkafrica.com. We will investigate all reports confidentially and take appropriate action.

3. Enforcement and Suspension

  • Violation of these terms may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. LoadLink Kenya reserves the right to take legal action against serious violations.
