4.2 Purpose of Processing 

Personal data is processed solely for logistics service delivery, route optimization, fraud prevention, safety monitoring, customer support, regulatory compliance, and performance analytics. 

4.3 Apple App Tracking Transparency 

The application requests location and notification permissions consistent with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. No third-party advertising tracking is conducted without user consent. 

4.4 Data Sharing 

Personal data is not sold. Data may be shared with service providers (cloud hosting, communications tools), drivers/customers to complete transactions, or legal authorities when required by law. 

4.5 Cross-Border Data Transfers 

Data collected within Kenya may be securely processed and stored on U.S.-based cloud infrastructure managed by Nile IT Technology LLC. Industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) and access controls are applied. 

4.6 Data Retention 

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill operational, legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. 

4.7 Account Deletion (Apple Requirement) 

Users may request permanent deletion of their account through in-app settings or by contacting support. Requests are processed within applicable legal timeframes.
